Difference between Guest users and Paid users

Paid users are: Owner, Admins and Members. They have access to all collaboration features, while Guest users can only leave comments on files and send messages within the project, they were invited to. No other collaboration features are available to Guests. Read more about user roles

Yes, we offer a 10% discount if you choose the annual subscription.
What are my payment options?
Online payment methods include major credit cards. For Enterprise plans you can be invoiced with a direct debit payment. We also offer a 10% discount for annual payments.
Are there contracts or commitments?
Nope. You will have a 14-day free trial for the Pro and for the Team Plan. After the trial period you will be asked to enter your payment information to continue the use of service. You have an option to pay monthly or annually. If you cancel your plan within 2 days after billing, we will return the fees. In other cases, the fees will not be returned, but you will retain access to the services until the current plan is over.
What if I pick the wrong plan?
No problem at all! If you pick the wrong plan and want to change, reach out to a member of our team and they will assist you in finding the perfect plan for your needs.
I want to work on the platform with a team of 5 people in the Pro plan.
How much should I pay per month?
Using Pro Plan, you need to pay $10 for each team member (which means 5×10 = $50). You also have an option to add Guests for free, and without any limits, by sharing access links with them. A guest is a user (which can be your client) who has a right to outline or comment on the shared content and send messages in a project chat. The purpose of the Guest status is to enable quick review and assessment of the created and shared content.
